A 3-month old female infant was brought to the Emergency Department due to nasal obstruction. The infant did not exhibit any other symptoms. She was exclusively breastfed and received a daily dose of 667 IU of cholecalciferol.
A 56-year-old postmenopausal lady presented with abdominal distension for last one and half months. Clinically she had moderate ascites and a 20x20 cm firm to hard abdominopelvic mass which was immobile, nontender, with regular margins.
