    Pneumocephalus and intracerebral haemorrhage are uncommon but serious complications of Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS). We describe the case of a 75-year-old male who developed left frontal intracerebral haemorrhage and pneumocephalus following revision FESS.
